Common Area Rules
Edgewood Bay POA Common Area Rules
- Swimming is at your own risk. Those under 16 REQUIRE adult supervision
- All guests must be accompanied by an EBPOA member
- Profanity and public drunkenness are not permitted
- Fireworks of any kind are prohibited
- Dogs are to be on a leash at all times
- Anyone operating a motorized vehicle within the Access/Common Area must be of legal age to obtain a driver’s license in Virginia
- No parking in the boat launch area
- No long-term storage of boats or trailers (72-hour maximum)
- Take your trash with you when you leave
- You must lock the gate upon entry and departure. Our lock goes through the fire department lock
- Anyone caught destroying or damaging POA property will be financially responsible for repairs and/or replacement
